  • In this 1:1 prenatal consult, we can work through your individual goals and specific situation. You’ll receive a personalized plan.

    Text/phone follow up included until baby is 2 weeks old.

    Typically ranges from 75-90 minutes.

    Self-Pay $175

    TLN-No Cost for in office. $25 for home visits within my travel range.

  • Finding the underlying cause of your baby's feeding challenges or your discomfort is essential for developing a plan to resolve your struggles. You will be provided a written report of the findings, appropriate referrals as needed, and a personalized care plan to meet your specific goals. Text/phone follow up support for 3 weeks is included.

    During this appointment we will

    Discuss the intake of health history completed by you prior to the visit

    Observe a feed and assess feeding skills

    Assess baby’s latch and positioning

    Identify the likely cause of any breast/nipple pain

    Address any milk supply or milk transfer issues

    Weigh your baby before and after the feed

    Complete an oral exam and suckling functional assessment of your baby

    Assess your baby's body structure & mobility

    Discuss of any concerns and questions

    Develop an individualized care plan to address your concerns

  • For established clients, this follow-up is perfect for re-evaluating or adjusting a provided care plan or assessing a new issue.

    Typically ranges from 80-110 minutes.

    Self Pay - $200

    TLN - $25

    During this appointment we will

    Discuss your updated intake

    Observe a feed

    Discuss concerns and questions

    Complete an oral exam of the baby

    Revise care plan based on the current situation

    Referrals (if needed) to local care providers

    You will be provided a written report of the findings, appropriate referrals as needed, and an updated care plan.

  • These appointments are to focus on one or multiple of the above. If you are going back to work we will develop a back to work plan make sure you are using the proper size flanges, go over the use of your pump, and discuss bottle feeding. If you are experiencing difficulties with bottle feeding separate from returning to work we can work on that as well. Or maybe you are at the end of your journey and need support developing a plan for weaning.

    Text/phone follow up is included for 3 weeks.

    Typically ranges from 60-75 minutes.

  • No additional fee for home visits 15 miles or less from my office in Arnold.

    $25 for 16-25 miles from my office.

    $50 for 26-30 miles from my office.

Every family has different needs, during our work together we will focus on questions and concerns that are the most important to you and your family. You will have my support through text and email to discuss the care plan we developed together for three weeks following your consultation. Please keep in mind breastfeeding concerns are often complex and often require multiple visits in order to achieve your desired outcomes.

  • You may be eligible for insurance reimbursement under the Affordable Care Act. Please consult your insurer for submission requirements. If you have any difficulty understanding or accessing your benefits, please consult this Toolkit created by the National Women’s Law Center.

    My services are all HSA/FSA eligible expenses. I accept HSA cards, credit/debit, check or cash.

    My self pay client fees are:

    Initial Visit: $250, Follow up Visit: $200

    Please submit your insurance information to my billing partner, The Lactation Network. If you are pre-approved through The Lactation Network (TLN) you are covered for at least 6 visits and are only financially responsible for a $25 administrative fee for certain types of visits. Both in-person and telehealth visits are covered. You can verify your coverage using the link below.

    If TLN does not work with your insurance plan, or you have insurance other than those listed above, you can pay upfront then request reimbursement from your insurance company. I will provide you with a superbill (receipt) that includes billing codes.
